High temperature heater and valve components made of pure rhenium have been used extensively in the semiconductor and electronics industries due to the very good high temperature properties of rhenium. In MOCVD, the main manufacturing facility for LEDs, key heating components are made of rhenium. This high-temperature heating component needs to work under special conditions. Compared with other materials, pure rhenium heating components have the remarkable characteristics of better electrical performance, longer life, and more resistance to harsh working atmospheres, which are favored by users. In addition, there are many functional components such as pure rhenium crucibles, rhenium nozzles, rhenium sleeves, etc., which are widely used in high-tech fields.
