Tungsten plates, tungsten sheets and tungsten targets are usually produced into compacts by powder metallurgy and then heated and forged at high temperatures. Depending on the processing technology and surface treatment, they appear gray-black or bright silver. After rolling with a deformation of more than 60%, the density of the tungsten plate is basically close to the theoretical density of tungsten. Therefore, it has high strength, uniform internal structure and excellent high temperature creep resistance.
Application
It can process ion implantation parts, manufacture electric light sources and electric vacuum parts, produce cover plates in sapphire crystal growth furnaces, heating zones and connectors in vacuum furnaces, sputtering targets for plasma coating, evaporation tungsten boats and other products
