Product Description

Description: Because molybdenum has a high melting point of 2610℃, molybdenum crucibles are widely used in sapphire single crystal growth furnaces, quartz glass smelting furnaces, rare earth smelting furnaces and other industrial furnaces. The working temperature environment is generally above 2000℃. . Especially for sapphire single crystal growth furnaces, molybdenum crucibles with high purity, high density, no internal cracks, precise dimensions, smooth inner and outer walls, etc., can control the success rate of seed crystals and the quality of crystal pulling during the growth of sapphire crystals. De-crystallized sticking pot and service life play a key role.

Advantages: Pure molybdenum crucible has good high temperature oxidation resistance and electrochemical corrosion resistance, and does not deform under high temperature operation conditions. It is a good high temperature auxiliary material.
